Quality Policy & Objectives
Misarma Supply Sdn Bhd (MSSB) is committed to operating our business process which complies with all the requirements of the ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 standards. We shall systematically enforce and continuously strive to ensure product quality, and a safe and healthy workplace and ensure those statutory regulations and other applicable requirements to which MSSB is subjected to comply. We shall make Integrated Management System (IMS) available to all workers and relevant external parties, as appropriate.
In order to meet these obligations, the Company shall:
- Ensure customers are delighted in our products and services
- Ensure the safety and health of all members of the company by preventing work-related injuries, ill health, diseases and incidents at all project sites,
- Communicate and implement the latest ESH regulations and other requirements through the promotion of excellent product quality, positive safety and good health to all employees of MMSB
- Provide adequate resources to implement this Policy and seek to be up-to-date and improve on all the provisions stipulated
- Ensuring that workers are consulted and encouraged to participate actively in all elements and
- Ensure continual improvement by regularly reviewing the IMS policy and objectives.
