Quality Policy & Objectives

Purpose

This Quality Policy establishes our commitment to delivering high-quality products and services that meet or exceed customer expectations, comply with Malaysian regulatory requirements, and align with Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles. It serves as a foundation for continuous improvement, customer satisfaction, and sustainable business growth.

 

Scope

This policy applies to all employees, departments, and business units within the company, including suppliers, contractors, and stakeholders involved in our value chain. It governs all aspects of quality management, operations, and service delivery to ensure adherence to international standards, and to ensure that quality management principles are integrated into all aspects of our business and operation processes.

 

Exceptions

No exceptions are permitted under this policy, as quality assurance and ESG compliance are integral to our operations. Any deviations must be formally approved by senior management and documented for audit purposes.

 

Policy Rationale

We are committed to ensuring consistent quality in products and services through risk-based thinking and process control, in order to make sure that quality management principles are integrated into all aspects of our business and operation processes.

We are complying with all applicable Malaysian regulations and industry standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety) and incorporating ESG principles.

 

Implementation

To achieve our quality objectives, we will:

  • Adopt a Quality Management System (QMS) that aligns with ISO standards and Malaysian regulatory frameworks.
  • Conduct regular training and awareness programs to ensure employees understand their roles in upholding quality and ESG commitments.
  • Engage with suppliers and partners to ensure they comply with our quality and ESG standards.
  • Monitor performance through audits, inspections, and feedback mechanisms to drive continuous improvement.
  • Implement a risk management framework and assessment to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks that could impact product or service quality, to ensure proactive management
    of quality-related risks.
  • Ensure traceability, accountability, and compliance with Malaysia and international standard by maintaining comprehensive documentation and records of all quality management activities.

 

Review

This policy will be reviewed annually or as necessary to:

  • Reflect new regulations, industry best practices, and ESG developments.
  • Address any findings from internal or external audits.
  • Incorporate feedback from employees, customers, and stakeholders to enhance effectiveness.

 

Acknowledgment

All employees, contractors, and relevant stakeholders are required to:

  • Read, understand, and comply with this policy.
  • Report any quality or ESG concerns through established reporting channels.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by providing suggestions and feedback.
